India political news : Rail roko protest: Agitating students called off strike

On 21th March 2019, few hundred railways job seekers and student protest on railway tracts since the Tuesday morning in Mumbai., It is the protest against demanding the permanent jobs. The protest disturbs the whole route of the railway tracks.From the main morning peak, hours of travelling and long-distance train service were severely disturbed more than hundred of protesters squatted on the railway tracks between Matunga and Dadar. The protest deeply affected the four railway lines. The CR to press for their demands for the post of railway apprentice recruitment. 


The whole issue affects the state government as well as central Govt.Afterward, The Indian political News takes a turn and Railway Minister Piyush Goyal held emergency meetings and announced that 20 percent posts in railways establishment are reversed for those who have cleared all the India railways Act Apprentice Exams.

The railway tracks on the more than 400 hundred student protest on Tuesday morning, resumed after the student moved out of the tracks.  The crowd control of the railway and protection force on the spot of the protest. Railway security force including the government Railways Police and Railway Protection Force RPF, tried to control the situation and the police resorted to Lathi charge to move them out of the track. In which few students also injured.
According to the student who involve in the protest is that there has been no recruitment in railways since four years. Also, blame the situation to Politics news in India.  All the students whose preparing for competitive examination are struggling from the pillar post. Over the 10 students have committed suicide. 


The student involves the protest follow the slogans against railways held placards in their hand demanding one- times settlement from GM quota and said they demand jobs from government. 
The protest news has been a top trending topic since Tuesday morning throughout the day with a #RailRoko.


According to the railway official. There is no provision of jobs apprentice act.However, the government reserved 20 per cent of seats for the course completed act apprentices. The Deadline of the filing the form is 31st March 2018.
